The capability of Review Thesaurus Input is to allow the LInX user who has the appropriate privilege to view feedback regarding the LInX thesaurus submitted by his/her agency. The results are similar to those available to the LInX Administrator, except the LInX user will not be allowed to mark any of the feedback as processed.
Clicking on Review Thesaurus Input in the Navigation menu along the left side of the screen will automatically bring up a Review Thesaurus Input screen for the Site, System, and Agency of the user requesting the report.
The Review Thesaurus Input results can be filtered and regenerated using the following fields (some fields require appropriate privileges):
Ø Site [drop-down list] - defaulted to user's home site
Ø System [drop-down list] - defaulted to user’s home system
Ø Agency [drop-down list] - defaulted to user’s home agency
Ø Sort by Date or Agency [drop-down list]
Ø Date Range [drop-down list]
Once generated, the results can then be displayed/saved as a PDF or comma separated file (i.e. CSV).
Analytical users should contact their System Administrator or Agency Administrator when they are having problems accessing or using LInX. Only System Administrators are authorized to contact the LInX Help Desk.
